Once you've signed up we will coach you through your quit journey through WhatsApp.
Please Note, the Medway Public Health team will enter your information onto a secure database. Your information will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
Your non-identifiable information will only be available to those providing public health services (unless we think that you or someone else is at risk of serious harm). It may be used by Public Health for monitoring purposes and to assess the impact of our services.
Please note, we are unable to offer Champix via our Quit Coach service. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend you are supported by our advisors through your quit journey. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss this further.
